Pineapple Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple (15 oz.)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream together sugar, shortening and eggs.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Then add pineapple.
(Do not drain pineapple.)
Bake at 350\u00b0.
