Ghostly Brew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. red hot candies
    1/2 c. water
    1 (46 oz.) can red Hawaiian Punch, chilled
    1 qt. club soda or ginger ale, chilled
    ice cubes
    round slices fresh apples or small whole apples
Preparation
    Combine candies and water.
    Bring to a boil; boil until candies are melted.
    Cool.
    Just before serving, combine liquid, Punch and club soda in punch bowl.
    Add ice cubes; float apples in punch.
    Makes 10 cups.
