Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. oil (I use Wesson)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Add oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Slice cake in pan.
Pour icing over it while it is still hot.
