Frozen Cheese Tort(Gone With The Wind) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 crushed graham crackers
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 pt. cream-style cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 pt. Cool Whip
2 egg whites

Preparation

Mix graham crackers, cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar and butter or oleo and press into pan to form crust.
Reserve some for topping.
