Cake With Variations - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
10 Tbsp. water
1 3/4 c. flour*
grated lemon rind (optional)
Preparation

Beat egg yolks, sugar and water until very light and foamy. Whip egg whites to which you have added 1 pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of water until stiff.
Beat 3 teaspoons of confectioners sugar, one at a time, into egg whites.
