Apricot Nectar Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2/3 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 egg yolks (save whites for later use)
2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, except egg whites, in one bowl.
Beat for 5 minutes on low speed.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold in cake mixture.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn out on rack.
Have glaze ready and apply while cake is hot.
