Fudge Sauce That Hardens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 c. boiling water
1 2/3 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 Tbsp. rum
Preparation

Melt
chocolate
with
butter
in
a medium-sized heavy saucepan over
very low heat; stir in boiling water until well blended.
Add
sugar and corn syrup, mixing thoroughly.
Bring mixture
to
boiling, stirring constantly.
Lower heat; simmer until mixture thickens slightly, about 9 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes.
Stir in rum, blending well.
