Italian Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    2 garlic toes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    Italian bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil spinach and drain.
    Saute garlic in butter and olive oil. Add spinach, Italian bread crumbs (to thicken), Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    You can top with boiled, sliced eggs.
