Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the sour cream, spinach, red pepper, onions, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
