Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    milk
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Pour cooking oil in bottom of 8 or 9-inch round baking pan. Put oven on 350\u00b0 and put baking pan in to preheat oil.
    Mix cornmeal, egg, mayonnaise and enough milk to make mixture pour, but not too runny.
    Once oil has been heated, pour in mixture and bake for about 40 minutes or until brown.
