Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation

Parboil cabbage about 5 minutes or until leaves come off easily.
Mix ground beef, rice, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Roll each cabbage leaf with some of the meat mixture.
May be held together with toothpicks.
Arrange cabbage rolls, seam side down, in a single layer in lightly greased shallow 3-quart casserole dish.
Pour sauce over all.
Bake, covered, for 50 minutes and 10 minutes uncovered at 300\u00b0.
