Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. sour cream
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Layer first 7 ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add seasoning as desired.
Combine melted butter with corn flakes and spread on top.
Bake 1 1/4 hours at 300\u00b0.
