Company Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage or links, cooked
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 slices bread (crusts only)
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, mustard, mushrooms, onions and cheese.
    Add cooked sausage.
    Cut crusts off bread and cut into pieces.
    Add crusts to the egg mixture; mix well.
    Put into a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and brown around the edges, about 30 to 40 minutes.
