Easy Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. white or brown rice
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
    1 pkg. skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixer bowl.
    Grease slow cooker and spoon 1/2 mixture into slow cooker.
    Place chicken breasts over mixture.
    Spoon remaining mixture over chicken.
    Cook on medium setting for 4 to 5 hours.
