Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. 12 oz. canned crushed tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. canned red kidney beans
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions and garlic until onion is clear.
    Add beef and crumble up.
    Brown all together.
    Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes.
    May be garnished with melted Cheddar cheese.
