Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. small seashell macaroni
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/2 pt. oysters
1/2 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese (mild), shredded and divided
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook
macaroni
according
to
package
instructions. Season with salt, pepper
and
1/4
cup
shredded
cheese; set aside. Saute onion and
pepper
in margarine; add the seafood and cook for 2 to
3 minutes.
Set aside.
Crumble sausage and fry until done; set aside.
Mix Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, milk, mayonnaise
and
remaining
cheese.
Combine
this mixture with macaroni
mixture,
seafood
mixture and sausage. Mix well.
Turn into a
greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle with the seasoned bread crumbs.
Bake
in a 350\u00b0 oven about 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly hot.
