Asparagus Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf thin sliced white bread
    2 (6 oz. each) pkg. Blue cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained
    1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread slices and discard.
    With rolling pin, roll slices thin.
    Spread with softened Blue cheese and cream cheese mixture.
    Place 1 asparagus spear on top and roll up.
    Cut in half.
    Melt butter and grated cheese and then blend.
    Dip rolls into butter.
    Chill or freeze.
    When ready to serve, place rolls on a cookie sheet.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (approximately 10 minutes).
    If frozen, bake 15 to 20 minutes.
