Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 oil-packed anchovy fillets, rinsed and chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 c. onion and garlic croutons
1 egg (raw or coddled 1 minute)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation

In large salad bowl, mix garlic, salt, pepper, anchovies, lemon juice and egg.
Add olive oil and mix to combine.
Add lettuce and toss.
Then add Parmesan cheese and croutons.
Serves 4.
