Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. light cream
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, cream, corn syrup and butter.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Boil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla.
Thin with a little cream, if necessary.
Delicious with apples as a dip!
