Jazz Up Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Cook until bubbly.
Stir in milk.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in onion, mayonnaise and eggs.
Carefully mix in broccoli.
Turn into a 2-quart greased casserole and place uncovered into a pan of hot water.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top will be nicely browned.
