Terry'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground sirloin
1 large onion
1 medium green bell pepper
2 stalks celery
8 oz. canned mushrooms
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Accent
1/2 stick margarine or butter
4 oz. can tomato sauce
2 c. Stokely catsup
1 large can whole tomatoes
Preparation

Chop onion, bell pepper and celery into small chunks.
Place in large pan with ground sirloin and brown well.
Drain any excess grease from pan.
Drain mushrooms and add to meat mixture.
Add margarine, Accent, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
Brown well.
Add soup mix; blend.
Drain tomatoes and cut into chunks.
Add catsup, tomato sauce and tomatoes to meat mixture.
Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve over favorite pasta.
