Perfection Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes (2 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. cold water
    non-caloric liquid sweetener equal to 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. each: chopped green pepper and canned pimiento
Preparation
    In saucepan, soften the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Add sweetener, salt and 1 cup of water.
    Stir over low heat to dissolve gelatin.
    Add 2 cups of water, vinegar and lemon juice. Chill until mixture is partially set.
    Stir in the cabbage, celery, green pepper and pimiento.
    Pour into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf dish.
    Chill until firm.
