Jade Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add cold water and vinegar.
    Add cottage cheese and mayonnaise (blended).
    Mix well. Chill until it starts to congeal.
