Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. venison, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
    2 cans cream of tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat, mushrooms and onions in butter until onions are done.
    Add soup, water, seed and seasoning.
    Stir, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
    Just prior to serving over noodles, blend in sour cream.
