Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

one potato (medium)
powdered sugar
peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
Preparation

Boil one medium sized potato until soft; drain off excess water.
With fork or potato masher, start mashing powdered sugar into potato.
One potato will use around one box of powdered sugar, but may use more or less.
Keep adding powdered sugar until it is the consistency of pie dough.
Powder rolling board with powdered sugar.
Roll out potato as for a pie.
Spread peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) over potato and roll as for jelly roll. Cut into slices.
Refrigerate.
