Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    1 can whole corn
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
    1 small jar pimento dices
    2/3 c. milk or 1/2 c. water
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set good in the middle. Stick a knife in middle to see if it is done; knife will come out clean.
