Chocolate Tofu Nutritional Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
1 c. silken tofu, drained
2 bananas, broken into chunks
4 Tbsp. instant cocoa mix powder
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender 1/2 at a time.
Whirl until smooth and creamy.
Serve cold.
Wonderful as a complete protein breakfast drink or for snack anytime.
Any fresh fruit in season such as berries, cantaloupe or papaya can be substituted for the chocolate flavor.
Pour into tall glasses.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
