Spicy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chuck bottom round rump
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. tomato juice
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 large bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour and brown on all sides.
    Combine remaining ingredients and put over meat.
    Cover and simmer for 3 hours or until tender, turning occasionally.
