Fancy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. Ore-Ida hash brown potatoes
    2 large onions
    3 cans cream of celery soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine potatoes and chopped onions in a large pot. Cover with water. Cook until tender. Add the celery soup and the cheese. Stir constantly to keep from sticking. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley. Serve with cornbread, muffins or crackers. Delicious.
