Ono Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large piece flank steak, sliced thinly
    1 c. shoyu
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 to 2 eggs, beaten
    flour
    green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Combine the shoyu, sugar and garlic.
    Soak the flank steak in the marinade for 1 to 2 hours.
    Add green onions.
    Flour each piece of flank steak and dip into the beaten eggs.
    Fry in a small amount of oil until done.
    Do not deep fry.
