Aunt Dolores' Upside-Down Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. medium size shells
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Brown meat, then add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste and simmer for 10 minutes. Cook spinach and drain, reserving 1 cup of drained liquid.
    Add this to the meat sauce.
    Drain noodles; add cheeses, spinach and 2 beaten eggs.
