Baby Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 small new potatoes (unpeeled)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Ranch Style salad dressing mix
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, unpeeled, in water until just done (do not overcook). Drain and cool. Scoop out the top portion of the potatoes and mash thoroughly. Add the sour cream and blend. Add the dressing mix and stir well. Place some of the mixture into the potato cavities and garnish with paprika.
