Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch oven dish.
    Thaw potatoes and place in casserole.
    Mix other ingredients, except for crumbs, and pour over potatoes.
    Top with the cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    May be made ahead and baked when needed.
