Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popcorn
    1 c. butter, melted
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    12 c. Karo light syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring butter, brown sugar, salt and Karo light syrup to a boil, stirring.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Stir 5 times.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Pour in one or two shallow baking pans.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
