Duck Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 ducks
    salt and pepper
    1 onion
    large chopped onion
    1 to 2 ribs celery
    1 bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic or garlic powder
    1 bunch green onions
    1 (5 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
    2 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. gumbo file or less (if you desire)
Preparation
    Boil ducks in salt, pepper and 1 onion.
    Take off bone and save 2 quarts of stock.
