Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 can evaporated milk, chilled
Preparation
    Put pineapple juice and sugar in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add jello and cream cheese.
    When completely cooled, fold into whipped milk. Pour and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan and chill completely in refrigerator.
