Farmer'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 green peppers
2 bunches green onions
2 bunches radishes
2 stalks celery
12 eggs
12 heads lettuce
8 to 10 tomatoes
4 cucumbers
2 lb. spinach
2 lb. carrots
1 or 2 endive
2 lb. cabbage
Preparation

Dice all vegetables medium fine and shred carrots and cabbage. Toss all vegetables together lightly.
Add tomatoes last.
Serve with French or Thousand Island dressing.
Put dressing on when served and not before.
