Salmon Loaf With Lemon Butter Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1.34 oz.) pkg. Old Bay Salmon Classic seasoning mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained, flaked, skinned and boned
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Add salmon.
    Mix until uniform.
    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is firm.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
    Slice and serve with Dill Sauce, steaming white rice and English peas.
