Irene'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. thinly sliced or coarsely grated raw potatoes
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. milk, heated
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in layers in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with onion, salt and pepper; dot with margarine.
    Add hot milk.
    Microwave on 60 (Bake) for 35 minutes. Cover with lid or wax paper for best results.
