Egg-Cheese Pie (Quiche) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 c. diced ham or 6 slices crumbled cooked bacon
Preparation

Put pie shell in
pie
plate.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in blender.
Put
in
pie
shell.
Drop Cheddar and ham (or bacon) into egg
mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
