Blueberry Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. blueberries
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to 350\u00b0.
Toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons of\tflour
and
set aside.\tCream butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add remaining flour, sour cream,
baking
powder,
vanilla
and
salt.
Beat until smooth. Fold
in
blueberries.
Spread batter in greased pan. Mix
brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon in bowl.
Sprinkle mixture over batter of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.

9 x 9-inch pan.
Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
