Honey Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. honey
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    dash of nutmeg on top
Preparation
    Beat eggs until blended.
    Stir in honey, milk, salt and almond extract.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 8 ungreased 5 ounce custard cups. Place cups in shallow 8-inch pan with hot water around them, about 1/2-inch deep. Bake 35 minutes.
    Cool.
    Chill in refrigerator. Serve cold.
