Tomato Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated swiss cheese
    2-3 large tomatoes
    1 frozen pie shell
    dijon mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Prick the frozen pie shell. Spread the pie shell with a thin layer of dijon mustard.
    Spread the swiss cheese over the mustard.
    Then lay the sliced tomatoes in a tightly packed single layer.
    Bake for 45 min. or until the crust is golden.
    Let set for 15 min. before cutting.
