Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salted water 5 minutes.
    Combine soup, eggs, mayo and cheese.
    Mix with broccoli and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over casserole and dot with butter.
    Bake until cheese is bubbly at 350\u00b0.
