Fried Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and paprika
1 c. milk
1/2 c. clam liquor
pinch of grated onion
4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend.
Dip each clam in batter and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
