Quinoa Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quinoa (grain)
    2 c. water for boiling
    3 Tbsp. pine nuts
    6 to 8 dried apricots, diced
    1/4 c. raisins, softened in hot water
    2 Tbsp. chives
    vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
    Rinse quinoa.
    Soak in boiling water for about 10 to 15 minutes or until soft.
    Toast pine nuts in pan.
    Mix all ingredients together with vinaigrette to taste.
