Grilled Citrus Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pink grapefruit
    3 oranges
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sweet sherry
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter
    1 white grapefruit
    1 lime
Preparation
    Cut grapefruit in half and, using a grapefruit knife, remove pulp and cut in sections.
    Reserve 4 grapefruit shells.
    Cut away top and bottom from oranges and lime, then remove all skin and pith.
    Cut in sections, reserving any juices.
    In a large bowl, mix grapefruit, orange and lime sections.
    Arrange fruit in grapefruit shells and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sherry over each.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar and top with 1 teaspoon butter.
    Broil until brown sugar melts.
    Top with reserved fruit juices and serve immediately garnished with sprigs of lemon balm.
    Makes 4 servings.
