Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, crust removed
    3 c. chopped baked ham
    1 can mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. yellow cheese slices
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cut bread into 1 1/2-inch squares.
    Arrange layers of bread, ham, mushrooms and cheese in dish, ending with cheese.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add milk and beat.
    Add pepper, paprika and mustard; beat together.
    Pour over ham and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
