Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together with mixer.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Frost with cream cheese frosting while cake is warm.
