Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1 c. cream or milk
Preparation
    Brown the onions in the butter or oleo. Add the chicken broth. Let simmer 20 minutes. Combine the egg yolks with the cream or milk.
    Pour hot liquid slowly into eggs and cream mixture.
    Stir continually. Salt to taste and serve hot.
